If you live out of town or just can't get there, you can set it up for them, and I'll work around their schedule, make sure they're comfortable, and send you a quick note on what I did. It's one less thing on your plate.

Every visit is different, so I give you the price before I start. No surprises.
Can you help if I think I've been scammed?
Yes. I'll help secure your accounts, change passwords, remove anything harmful, and show you how to spot it next time. If money was involved, call your bank first.
